Royal Court Entertainment Group, Inc. is the largest independently owned multimedia company in the US and comprised of four core businesses: recorded music, music publishing, television & film production, and print media publishing.

The company discovers, develops, markets, and distributes recorded music through a network of subsidiaries, joint ventures, and licensees in the US and five foreign markets, representing 24% of the media market through independent channels. Royal Court also sells and distributes music video and DVD products, and licenses recordings, encouraging the legal distribution of music online and over cellular, cable, and satellite networks.

Music Catalog Management
Royal Court Music Enterprises (RCME) is the centralized US catalog and special markets entity for Royal Court Entertainment Group, Inc. Working in concert with all of the company’s record labels, RCME provides a frontline approach to catalog management, concentration of resources, a greater emphasis on strategic marketing initiatives and opportunities in new technologies. RCME is comprised of several business units and record labels: Unexpected Enterprises, the unit that manages and markets Royal Court’s extensive catalog through retail channels; Spine Hittas Multimedia, the television marketing unit; Outta Touch Records, a label dedicated to producing new music from historically significant recording artists whose catalog is controlled by Royal Court Labels (KingDom Records Label Group); Royal Court Digital, a label dedicated for digital downloads of music. RCME’s Strategic Marketing units supports all four areas and is designed to aggressively develop a cohesive and strategic approach to maximizing catalog repertoire by initiating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, direct to consumer programs, brand management initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Music Publishing
With 5 offices in the US, Royal Court Publishing Group (RCPG) is an industry leader in global music publishing. RCPG represents music in every genre from some of the world’s hottest songwriters and catalogs including; R. Kelly, Timbaland, King Legit, Mary J. Blige, Jill Scott, Godsmack, Beastie Boys, Motorhead, Paul Simon, and Linkin Park among many others. RCPG is also an industry leader in Production Music, Christian Music and Classical Music.

New Technologies and Distribution Platforms
eDis, a division of RCEG, is responsible for handling the company’s electronic commerce initiatives, Internet Exploitation and new technology business opportunities worldwide. eDis’s business development and business affairs staff supports all of RCEG’s e-business initiatives, including digital downloads, subscription, webcasting, interactive radio and pay-per-play through all digital channels of purchase. eDis works closely with and supports all RCEG’s record labels and other businesses to enhance opportunities for music driven by new technologies, while protecting the value of recorded music.

Distribution
In the US, Royal Court Music Distribution is fast becoming a market leader in the industry and has three divisions: Royal Court Distribution (RCD), Royal Court Media Group (RCMD), and Royal Court Digital. RCD hands distribution and sales for RCEG’s diverse roster of labels. Royal Court Media Group is the company’s theatrical and home entertainment distribution division, and Royal Court Digital manages and distributes all of RCEG’s digital assets including mobile.
